I missed class today because I had some amazingly nasty flu symptoms so I’m way behind on all of this memo nonsense. I had to somehow haul myself to campus by 8:00pm to grab the packet we got in class from Denney hall. That was wonderful, since traffic was crazy and I was disgustingly sick and I commute. Anyway, now that I have this packet I know that we are supposed to blog about BSG…the part we watched in class…which I wasn’t in. So now I’m going to look it up online like a good girl.
Ok, so now that that’s done, I can safely say that this episode dragged on forever. I feel like they were fighting a never ending losing battle. I don’t understand, if these robots are so much more powerful and have nuclear bombed your entire planet, why not surrender? There really is no point in fighting anymore. I get that they have all of this loyalty and moral but really? You guys are dropping like flies, just stop it already. Also, that male robot fighting scene was weird. The sexy robot lady is incredibly strong and maniacal, but the robot male was defeated by an old man. If they are so strong, how the hell did that happen? When I have to continuously stop and question why things are happening in the series it makes the show really irritating. It might also have to do with the fact that I am sick and not pleased with today’s outcome school-wise whatsoever. I guess a legitimate excuse and a doctor’s note claiming I shouldn’t be there for at least three days doesn’t cut it anymore. Ah well, I miss high school.
